Weekly Environment update from FOBSG

In the meadow there is White Campion, plus buttercups and daisies coming through and lots of butterflies about including the Common Blue.  White-flowered Deutzia is in bud in the southern border as is Pyrocanthus, and white Rock Roses are out in several places there.  Bright pink Rosa Rugosa is out in the big sunny beds, and Dog Rose in the northern border.  Different varieties of Horse chestnut trees have either beautiful cream flowers or deep pink blooms meanwhile – 25 05 23
